◆About Chasen
Chasen is a tool to make tea.
Matcha and hot water in a tea bowl are stirred with a tea whisk to make a delicious tea.
Other tea utensils can be substituted for the Chasen, but not the Chasen.
Use a tea whisk with many prongs for light tea and a tea whisk with few prongs for dark tea.
Precautions for use
Please make sure that the tip of the ear (the comb-shaped part at the end) is not broken before use.
After use, shake and wash in lukewarm water.
If you wish to disinfect the product, do so in sunlight.
Please avoid using detergents or alcohol.
The tip will naturally open up after use. This is not a problem when making matcha.
When storing it, dry it well and put it away in a container or on a shelf to avoid dust.
A dry place is ideal.
Chasen is a consumable item.
If the comb is broken or dirty or left unused for several years, please replace it with a new one.
We recommend you to use Chasen Kusei Naoshi in combination with Chasen Kusei Naoshi in order to keep the shape clean.
This is a safe domestic Chasen. We take good care of it because it is a genuine product.
