This is a collaboration cover for the 1994 Super Famicom software MOTHER 2, which was designed by Shigesato Itoi.
"Pixel Patterns" is a print cover that allows you to fully enjoy the cuteness of "MOTHER 2"'s pixel art.
Migi, Hidari, Nodosei-san from the front, Ness and his friends, the title text of MOTHER 2, the game console controller, etc. are expressed in blue and red pixel patterns on a white background.
The adorable pattern, which looks like a sweater pattern from a cold region, was created by cross stitch designer Makoto Ozu.
The butterfly stopper and two bookmarks are blue and red to match the pixel pattern on the front.
The inside of the cover is sand beige.
This cover also comes with a special paper bag.
When fighting enemies in MOTHER 2, you may sometimes receive a "SMAAAASH!!" attack that allows you to attack with greater force than usual.
We have made "SMAAAASH!!", which can exert more power than usual, into a small paper bag.
Blue on the front, yellow on the back.
Please use it at special times.
